We were able to go into contract on the exact house we wanted two weeks prior to them listing. Then she turned her focus to our house, specifically telling us how to stage the house and showcase the love and life we lived in the house. The first day of listing we had 10 showings. Within 27 hours we were in contract, for well over our asking price. Yesterday we officially closed on our first home. None of what happened would have been done without the unbelievable help and over the top dedication of Susie. There some unorthodox methods she was able to handle with as far as making sure the property was presentable. When viewing houses Sarah made her schedule work with ours so that we could see every house we had an interest in. Sarah also took a sincere interest in the offers we put in. She was able to tell us what would be appealing to the seller and what we would have to put in to compete. Then if we had an offer that wasn't accepted, she showed genuine remorse with us. Sarah has even made herself available after all of the contracts have been signed to answer some of our questions and requests. Trent was pleasant to meet and very informative concerning the process of selling our house. He described fully, all the steps we would encounter and guided us through each one in a professional manner. Sara listed my home for sale I received multiple offers over list immediately. After accepting an offer, the buyer was particularly difficult and I told Sara I wished to take the house of the market as I no longer wanted to sell the house to the buyer. Sara let me have some breathing space, contacted the seller's agent, lenders and everyone involved and got the deal completed and closed very quickly. She was also continually reaching out to the seller of my new home about the delays, on-going negotiations and I was able to close on my forever home. The only down side was their fee schedule (nothing Sara has to do with). It was a bit confusing.

Background: Emily just helped me close on my first investment property while I was living 3 time zones away. I interviewed about half a dozen other agents before talking to Emily, but she stood out immediately. After one conversation, it was clear that her local knowledge and her rehab/renovation knowledge were on a different level. As a new investor, I didn't just need someone who could facilitate viewings and help me navigate the paperwork. I needed somebody who understood what I was trying to do better than I did, and who could help me distinguish between major and minor problems and who could pick out details that an inexperienced eye would miss. Emily was absolutely that person. It took a few viewings before we found the right property, but Emily was always willing and able to schedule a prompt viewing when I found something I liked. This was especially important given how competitive the market is right now; we often ran into situations where multiple cash offers had been placed before I could act. Emily's knowledge also saved me when it came time to place the offer that was ultimately accepted. Trent was great to work with. He found me the perfect duplex with tenants already in place with very little work needed on my part since I am an investor from out of state, This helped a great deal. He set up a time to meet the inspector and took 3 videos of the duplex so that I could see with my own eyes without being physically located there.
